| 3、 | Quality requirements and technical standards ： The product quality standard provided by the seller meets the buyer's quality and technical requirements. | ||||||
| 4、 | Acceptance method and objectio: Buyer shall complete the quantity and quality inspection of the product within 3 working days from the date of receipt of the goods and the standards agreed in this Agreement. If the quantity of the product is found to be insufficient or there is a quality problem, the buyer shall submit a written objection to the seller within 3 working days from the date of receipt, and if it is the seller's product quality problem, the seller shall make up the product to the buyer in a timely manner. If the buyer fails to raise an issue of quantity or quality for more than 3 working days from the date of receipt, it shall be deemed that the seller's products are complete in quantity and of quality, and the seller shall no longer be liable for quality assurance and return and exchange. If the two sides fail to reach an agreement, the two sides jointly entrust a qualified appraisal body to carry out quality inspection, the inspection costs shall be advanced by the dissenting party, and ultimately the fault party shall bear. | ||||||

| 9、 | Force majeure: Where a party is unable to perform its obligations under the contract due to force majeure, the party shall not be liable for breach of contract, but the party shall notify the other party in writing within 10 working days from the date of the force majeure event that force majeure includes, but not limited to, natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods, rainstorms, government actions, raw material shortages, wars or emergencies, plant or machine failures, terrorist activities, riots, strikes, plagues, fires, explosions, traffic disruptions, power outages, etc. The party affected by force majeure shall still endeavour to relieve or mitigate the effects of the relevant force majeure event in order to be able to fulfil its obligations under this contract. If any force majeure lasts for more than 2 months, either party shall have the right to terminate this contract in advance in writing | ||||||
| 10、 | Confidentiality: (1) The buyer and the seller shall strictly keep the following relevant information confidential: all business operations and technical information related in the performance of this contract, including but not limited to the buyer's technical information, product/equipment requirements, customer/supplier list, business contract, business model and strategy, financial data, product/equipment specifications and requirements, product/equipment drawings, quality standards requirements and technical indicators requirements (2) The parties to this contract may disclose the information referred to in paragraph (1) of this Article only if: 1. The mandatory requirements of the law applicable to both parties. 2. The mandatory requirements of any government agency or regulatory authority with jurisdiction. 3. The two parties give written consent in advance (3) This clause shall still apply after the termination of this contract and shall not be subject to time limits | ||||||
| 11、 | Rescission or termination of contract:1. | 12、 | Dispute Resolution: 1. If a dispute arises as a result of this contract, it shall be resolved through friendly consultation, and if the negotiation fails, both parties may bring a suit to the people's court of the seller's place of residence, and apply the laws of the People's Republic of China in force at the time of the litigation. This contract or any text and materials relating to this contract, if translated in multiple languages, shall be subject to Chinese. 2. Expenses incurred as a result of litigation (including but not limited to litigation fees, attorney's fees, travel expenses, etc.) shall be borne by the defaulting party. | ||||||
| 13、 | Validity of contracts: This contract shall take effect from the date of the signing of the seal between the two parties until the performance of the rights and obligations of both parties.
