Breeze Box is an official vender to the state government of Tennessee, USA.
Suzhou Hengguan Biotechnology Co., Ltd.(referred as Party B) registered at _________________in China, is a professional biomedical equipment supply company who have been working in this industry for many years with qualification of class II and class III medical devices supply.
The company always keeps close and strong cooperation with well-known brand companies both in China and overseas. Strategic partnership with brand suppliers have been established and well maintained with abundant product resources, and more than 100 upstream plant resources. The products include medical and sanitary materials and dressings, medical polymer materials and excipients, medical suture materials and adhesives, medical polymer materials and products, injection puncture instruments, medical optical instruments, instruments and endoscopes, medical high-frequency instruments and equipment, cardiopulmonary bypass and blood processing equipment, interventional equipment, etc.

2、Order method: This agreement is an intentional framework agreement. After signing, both parties start to proceed relative works for reaching purchase orders, including sourcing of products, quotation, qualification and quality control and other works required by order placement. All the necessary documentation including pricing, specification, and quantity, date of delivery shall be submitted to Party A for confirmation and approval. Party A can place orders in several batches within this framework, and pay for goods according to the category, quantity and market price at that time. After the payment is made, Party B will arrange for goods preparation and delivery matters;
